EFT, or Tapping, is a way of reducing your body’s anxiety, in both the short- and long-term without any medications or dramatic behavioral changes. It is a technique that almost anyone can learn and apply quickly. It works by speeding up your nervous system’s ability to process your thoughts, feelings and experiences so that you can move on to what’s next.
Reducing your body’s anxiety means that your nervous system will no longer have to exert tremendous energy stuck in a survival mode loop, and you and your nervous system will be freed up to finally relax, slow down, be present and thrive. It could mean less physical pain, less emotional pain, increased productivity, less “stuckness,” more relief of many kinds.
Tapping is self-applied (meaning you tap on you), whether you are using it on your own or working with a skilled EFT Tapping Practitioner.
As ongoing research continues to reveal more about the science behind EFT Tapping, we encourage you to try it and find out how EFT can help you reduce your suffering and reach your goals. Because if it works, the how becomes a lot less important.
